This Privacy Policy describes how Silicon Desert Management, LLC ("Silicon Desert Management," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the website located at camelback.ai (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Overview and Our Approach.
The Camelback is a private single-family investment platform, part of the Silicon Desert family of companies. The Site is a minimal public-posture page. We collect as little information from visitors as we reasonably can. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics platforms that profile individual visitors, behavioral-targeting tools, or social-media tracking pixels. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information for marketing purposes, and we do not participate in cross-context behavioral advertising.

2. Information We Collect.
When you visit the Site, we and our hosting provider automatically collect a limited set of technical information necessary to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse, including:

  • your IP address;
  • your browser type and version, operating system, and general device characteristics;
  • the pages and resources you request on the Site and the HTTP response codes returned;
  • referring URL, if any; and
  • the date, time, and duration of your visit.

This information is collected in standard web-server access logs.

If you choose to email us at info@camelback.ai or at any other email address associated with the Site, we will receive the contents of your email, your email address, and any other information you choose to include.

3. Information We Do Not Collect.
We do not use:

  • analytics services such as Google Analytics or equivalent providers;
  • advertising tracking pixels or tags;
  • social-media tracking pixels or share buttons that transmit visitor information to third-party platforms;
  • fingerprinting or device-identifier technologies beyond what is inherent in standard HTTP requests;
  • third-party cookies;
  • forms or payment mechanisms that collect sensitive personal information.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 (or under age 16 where a higher age applies under local law). If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will delete the information.

4. Cookies.
The Site does not set persistent tracking cookies. Strictly-necessary session cookies may be used to support essential Site functions (such as maintaining a modal state or preserving a user's preference during a single visit). You may disable cookies in your browser settings; certain features of the Site may not work correctly if you do so.

5. How We Use Information.
We use the limited information we collect for the following purposes:

  • our hosting, email, and infrastructure service providers, who process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security commitments;

We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

8. Data Retention.
Server access logs are retained for no longer than ninety (90) days unless a longer period is required to investigate a security incident or comply with legal obligations. Email correspondence is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our legitimate record-keeping purposes.

9. Security.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act, including rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability. Silicon Desert Management, LLC does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

11. Do Not Track.
Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no industry-standard interpretation of these signals, the Site does not respond to them. However, as described above, the Site does not engage in behavioral tracking in the first instance.

12. International Transfers.
Silicon Desert Management, LLC is based in the United States, and information collected through the Site is processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.

13. Changes to This Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will take effect when posted.
